Good bike, easy delivery

Got an ENGWE M20 a couple weeks ago. It showed up faster than I thought, maybe 5 days to reach my place. The box was a bit beat up but the bike inside was fine. It was mostly assembled, just had to put on the pedals and tighten a few things. Took it for a spin and it's pretty fun. Happy with it overall.

ENGWE P275 SE experience

I purchased the ENGWE P275 SE a few weeks back. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, though I had a small question about shipping to a specific address, which their online chat support answered quickly. Delivery took around 8 days, arriving in two large boxes. Assembly was manageable; the main frame was together, but attaching the front wheel, handlebars, and seat needed some tools, which were included. The build quality feels solid, especially for the price point. I've put about 100 miles on it already, mostly urban commuting, and the long-range battery is performing as advertised. The display LCD is clear, and the gear changes are smooth. My only minor gripe is the seat could be a bit comfier for longer rides, but that's an easy fix. Overall, a good purchase.

Another great e-bike

I ordered the ENGWE L20 3.0 last month and it got here in about a week. This is my third bike from them, and just like the EP-2 Boost I got two years ago, the quality is really consistent. The packaging was good, no dings or anything. I appreciate that; it's why I keep coming back.

Good value for money

I was looking for an affordable e-bike and saw the ENGWE Engine Pro on sale. I managed to snag it with a spring promotion, which saved me a decent chunk of change. The price felt really fair for what I got. Shipping was free too, which always helps. It's been great for getting around without using my car. Definitely felt like a smart purchase financially.

Can you pay for these bikes in installments, or is it just a one-time payment kinda deal?

L Laura Silva 1 month ago
I think they have options for installments, I remember seeing something about it during checkout. Maybe with like Klarna or something similar?

Yeah, I paid for my P26 in a few installments. They use some third-party service for it, so you just pick that option when you're checking out.

Is ENGWE a legit company? I see some good prices but not super familiar with them compared to say, Rad Power Bikes or Fiido. Just wondering about the quality and if it's a real brand.

F Faith Romero 1 month ago
They're totally legit. I got an Engine Pro last year and it's been awesome. My buddy has an EP-2 Boost and loves it too. Good quality for the price point.

Yeah, they're big in the fat-tire e-bike scene in Europe. Not a scam or anything. My M20 feels solid, no complaints.

Anyone know if you can stack coupon codes on their site? Like if I have a newsletter discount and then find another promo code for a specific model?

G Greg Ito 1 month ago
Pretty sure you can't stack them. I tried it once with a seasonal code and a sign-up one, and it only let me use one.

Nah, almost no online stores let you stack coupons these days. It's usually one per order.

Just wondering about shipping times to, say, Milan. How long does it usually take for one of their e-bikes to arrive once ordered?

B Brett G. 1 month ago
From my experience, if it's in stock in their EU warehouse, it's pretty quick. My EP-2 Boost got to Rome in like 5 days. Not bad at all.

Yeah, I ordered an L20 and it arrived in a little over a week to Naples. They ship from Europe so it's not coming from China or anything crazy.

Hey, thinking about grabbing an ENGWE P275 SE. Anyone know if those Black Friday deals are already active or if I should wait a bit longer?

S Shane T. 1 month ago
I think they usually drop closer to actual Black Friday, like mid-November. But sometimes they do early bird stuff so keep an eye out.

Nah, not yet. I signed up for their newsletter last year and got a heads-up a week or two before the main event. Maybe sign up for that for updates.
